What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email (if provided), city, a description of your pool problem, optional details about your pool and equipment, and any photos you attach. When you call, the call is routed through a call-tracking service that logs the calling number, time, and duration. If you leave a voicemail, the message is recorded and transcribed so it can be passed on.

Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Web Analytics) to measure visits and whether people call or send a request. Google Analytics uses cookies. These tools collect information such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to your request. To do that, we share your request with an independent local pool contractor who serves your area, who may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. We don't sell your information to data brokers or share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted by calling (925) 633-6831. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
